01. BEFORE THE SESSION

Upon booking, I send over a confirmation email that includes a short form for you to fill out to help me get to know your family. I guide each session to give custom touches, while still providing my simple & organic style. Newborn sessions take place weekday mornings. Please note: Newborn sessions are typically scheduled on weekday mornings.

02. DURING YOUR SESSION

Through natural settings, pure light and a child lead session, your family’s love and connection are the focus. I am passionate about providing an exceptional experience, especially during your session.

03. AFTER THE SESSION

I create a proof gallery of lightly retouched images for you to view within 2-3 days of your session – that you can view and select your favorites to be fully retouched for release. Once selections are made, I do ask for 1 week for the final touches on your images.

04. Heirloom artwoRk

I believe memories deserve to live on walls and to be enjoyed everyday as art in your home. The studio offers a beautiful collection of products including gorgeous albums and professional framing.

THE STUDIO

The studio is located in the Centerville’s Historic District, within Independence Square. This natural light studio was designed specifically for maternity, newborn and milestone sessions. 

I’ve created a luxurious and cozy space that has two separate seating areas, coffee bar, changing table, and restrooms available for your convenience.

I know the number one thing that puts the most pressure on moms is figuring out what to wear.
That is why the studio has everything needed for your session, including over sixty dresses for moms ranging in sizes along an extensive collection of outfits available for little ones, including ages up to 5, and even an assortment of neutral tops for dad.
The studio wardrobe is complimentary and provides you with a stress-free way to style your family effortlessly!

I know printing your images goes on a long to-do list that is often forgotten, that is why I offer design services to ensure the task of creating an album or planning where you want framed prints isn’t what is holding you up from enjoying your new images.

Since the actual arrival of your baby is typically unpredictable, your due date is penciled in on my calendar and space is reserved for around the time of your due date. Once your baby has arrived, we will then schedule a date & time for the session.

Please note: Newborn sessions are typically scheduled on weekday mornings.

Yes, siblings are welcome to be included when booking the Signature Newborn session.

Proof images are lightly retouched images, that also include the studio watermark. Proofs are viewable, but not downloadable. I do not release proof images digitally. The amount of images in a proof gallery vary session to session, but are typically around 50 images. (less for Simplicity Sessions)

Your proof gallery will be available in about 2-3 days after your session. Proof galleries are sent via email, and are available in an online gallery.

The session fee covers the photographer’s time, talent, access to the wardrobe, and the studio.

It includes planning and prepping for your session.

It also includes the soft editing and set up of your proof gallery.

And optional styling appointment is available prior to your session, as well as an in-studio design and ordering appointment is available after your session.

Final images are typically finalized and available to download in 1-2 weeks from the time you place your image order.

Yes, you will have access from your online gallery to order prints from a professional, exclusive printer that offers lustre, deep matte, and fine art prints.

You will also receive a print release with your final gallery. So you will also have the option to select another printer of your choice.

Yes, the studio offers a collection of heirloom keepsakes such as album, professional framed prints (complimentary design services included with both), and custom print boxes. All products are available to see in the studio.
